JetCool, a subsidiary of Flex (NASDAQ: FLEX), has launched a liquid-cooled version of the Dell PowerEdge XE7745 server, according to a press release issued June 25, 2026.

The platform combines the server with JetCool's SmartPlate direct-to-chip liquid cooling technology, rack-level infrastructure, and lifecycle services under a single warranty. The company says the system is delivered factory-tested and ready to deploy.

The XE7745 supports dual 5th Gen AMD EPYC processors and up to eight Nvidia RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell GPUs, with the cooling system rated to manage sustained loads of up to 8 kW per server.

Compared to the air-cooled configuration, JetCool claims the liquid-cooled version reduces CPU temperatures by up to 7% and GPU temperatures by up to 11%. Total server power consumption is said to decrease by up to 30%, achieved partly through fan speed reductions of up to 70% and fan power cuts of up to 50%. Acoustic output is reported to fall by up to 23 dB.

The system uses low-flow operation, which JetCool says allows enterprises to integrate it into existing facility water loops without disruption. Rack-level infrastructure included in the offering covers physical racks, coolant distribution units, manifolds, and fluid distribution equipment.

"By delivering the Dell PowerEdge XE7745 as a fully integrated, liquid-cooled system backed by end-to-end services, we're taking the risk out of high-density deployments," said Bernie Malouin, founder of JetCool and vice president at Flex.

The platform is available directly from JetCool. Flex has separately disclosed plans to spin off its Cloud and Power infrastructure portfolio.
