June 25, 2026 9:06 AM

CXApp Inc. (NASDAQ: CXAI) announced the launch of CXAI 2.0, described as an agentic operating layer for enterprises, according to a company press release dated June 25, 2026.

The platform is centered on a system called SKY, which the company says enables deployment and orchestration of intelligent AI agents across enterprise environments. Stated capabilities include multi-agent orchestration, workflow automation, enterprise knowledge management, operational intelligence, and governance tools.

The company said it has secured two new multi-year agreements with Fortune 500 organizations that are expected to onboard more than 50,000 employees across globally distributed offices. Those deployments include automated space reservations, employee wayfinding, scheduling coordination across Microsoft Exchange and Outlook, and integrations with Microsoft Teams and Copilot.

CXAI also noted the acquisition of EngineRoom, which it said adds recurring revenue, implementation expertise, and an existing customer base in the mid-market segment. The company did not disclose financial terms of the acquisition.

"We are no longer talking about future possibilities — we are deploying enterprise AI in production today," said Khurram Sheikh, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CXAI.

The company cited Grand View Research data projecting the enterprise agentic AI market will grow from approximately $2.6 billion in 2024 to $24.5 billion by 2030, a compound annual growth rate of approximately 46%.

CXApp is headquartered in Palo Alto, California, and its shares trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker CXAI.
