SuperCom (NASDAQ: SPCB) has signed and launched a national electronic monitoring contract with Norway's Prison and Probation Service, according to a company press release dated June 25, 2026.

The contract displaces an incumbent that had held the position for over 20 years. The total project value is estimated to range from $1.8 million, reflecting a base case scenario, to $6.1 million, based on a budget published by the customer. Actual revenues recognized by SuperCom will depend on usage levels.

Under the contract, SuperCom will deploy approximately 1,000 PureOne GPS tracking and PureCom house-arrest monitoring units. The contract may be expanded in the future to include facility tracking and PureTrack GPS products.

SuperCom said it received the highest technology score and highest total score in the government-led competitive request for proposals process.

The Norway contract extends SuperCom's presence across all five Nordic countries, adding to existing deployments in Finland, Denmark, Iceland, and Sweden.

"Winning the national contract in Norway demonstrates SuperCom's ability to compete and win at the national-government level across an entire region," said Ordan Trabelsi, President and CEO of SuperCom.

Trabelsi also noted the company reported trailing-twelve-month EBITDA of $10.3 million, citing more than 20 national project wins across Europe in recent years and more than 40 new contracts secured across the U.S. since mid-2024.
