Komodo Health has announced an expanded partnership with Alnylam Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: ALNY) to deploy Marmot, Komodo's analytics AI platform, across additional enterprise functions at Alnylam, according to a press release from Komodo Health.

Alnylam became an early adopter of Marmot when the platform launched in August 2025, with the initial collaboration focused on building custom AI agents for Alnylam's commercial business unit. The expanded agreement extends Marmot's use to Alnylam's broader customer-facing organization and other enterprise functions.

Since the initial deployment, Alnylam has integrated multiple enterprise datasets into the platform. The company said the integration has reduced reporting cycles from months to hours and reduced reliance on fragmented dashboards.

Marmot is built on Komodo's Healthcare Map, which the company says contains more than 330 million de-identified patient journeys. The platform is designed to provide real-time, reproducible healthcare analytics.

"This new capability strengthens our ability to connect insight into action, helping us scale more effectively, accelerate decision-making, and continue delivering sustainable growth while maintaining our focus on patients," said Tolga Tanguler, Chief Commercial Officer at Alnylam.

Komodo also announced new Marmot capabilities intended to broaden access to the platform for business leaders, analysts, and data scientists within enterprise organizations.
