Planet Fitness, Inc. (NYSE: PLNT) has appointed Sudhanshu Priyadarshi as Chief Financial Officer and President, International, effective immediately, the company announced in a press release.

Priyadarshi most recently served as CFO and President, International, at Keurig Dr Pepper, where he co-led the development of an enterprise-wide strategic plan and oversaw global finance, IT, and international operations. He has previously held finance and executive roles at PepsiCo, Walmart, Flexport, and Vista Outdoor, among others. He holds an MBA from the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia.

In his new role, Priyadarshi will oversee finance, investor relations, strategy, and IT functions, in addition to leading Planet Fitness's international business.

Tom Fitzgerald, who has been serving as interim CFO, will remain with the company as an advisor through mid-September 2026 to support the transition.

As of March 31, 2026, Planet Fitness operated approximately 2,909 clubs across all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Canada, Panama, Mexico, Australia, and Spain, with approximately 21.5 million members.
