Fermi Inc. (NASDAQ: FRMI) has signed a service agreement with TSK Electronica y Electricidad USA Corp. for early works engineering on three Siemens SGT6-5000F gas turbines intended for the second phase of its Project Matador development.

TSK, listed on the Spanish stock exchange (BME: TSK) and headquartered in Gijón, Spain, will provide engineering and management services to advance permitting, mobilize site activities, and manage the Siemens contract-related engineering scope. The company reported annual revenues approaching €1 billion and has delivered projects in more than 50 countries.

Under the agreement, TSK will handle what Fermi describes as "fast start" engineering deliverables aimed at accelerating project execution timelines.

Chad Ingersoll, Vice President of Construction at Fermi America, said TSK's involvement would help maintain momentum on permitting and site activities while managing the Siemens engineering scope.

Project Matador is described by the company as a behind-the-meter campus intended to integrate natural gas, nuclear, solar, battery storage, and utility grid power to support AI and advanced computing infrastructure in Texas.
