XTEND AI Robotics secures $3M follow-on defense order
JFB Construction Holdings (Nasdaq: JFB) announced that XTEND AI Robotics has received a $3 million follow-on order from an existing defense customer, one day after the company disclosed a separate $9 million defense order on June 23, 2026.
The two orders bring XTEND's cumulative announced defense procurement to more than $12 million across two distinct customer programs. The $3 million order supports a large-scale autonomous systems deployment and expands operational capabilities within an existing customer program, separate from the Middle East-focused multi-drone program tied to the earlier $9 million order.
According to the company's statement, the follow-on order reflects a pattern in which customers expand capabilities after initial platform deployment as mission requirements evolve.
"More than $12 million in defense orders announced across two separate customer programs in a single day reflects exactly how we have built this business," said Aviv Shapira, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of XTEND.
XTEND's systems are powered by its XOS operating system, which the company says enables operators to deploy and manage autonomous robotic systems while maintaining human oversight.
As previously announced in February 2026, JFB Construction Holdings and XTEND entered into a definitive all-stock business combination agreement. Upon closing, the combined company is expected to be renamed XTEND AI Robotics and listed on a U.S. national securities exchange under the ticker symbol "XTND."
