Medical Manufacturing Technologies (MMT), a subsidiary of Perimeter Solutions (NYSE: PRM), has appointed Grant Bowman as president, succeeding Robbie Atkinson, who stepped down to pursue another leadership role.

Bowman previously served as Executive Vice President of Specialty Products at Perimeter Solutions, where he led strategic growth and operational initiatives. He brings more than two decades of experience in operations, finance, and business development.

Atkinson had served as CEO and President of MMT since 2020. In a statement, he said, "It has been a privilege to lead MMT and work alongside such an incredible team," adding that he has "complete confidence in Grant's leadership."

Perimeter Solutions acquired MMT in January 2026. Since then, Bowman has worked with MMT's leadership team during the transition. MMT provides precision manufacturing technologies for the medical device and advanced industrial markets, with products spanning Catheter, Guidewire, Abrasive, and Automation Technologies.

"MMT has spent years earning the trust of the most demanding customers in interventional medicine, and we have everything we need to go much further," Bowman said in a statement included in the press release.
