Veeva Systems announces new EHS application for life sciences sites

June 25, 2026 7:03 AM

Veeva Systems (NYSE: VEEV) announced Veeva EHS, a new application within its Quality Cloud platform designed to help manufacturing and testing sites manage environmental, health, and safety processes.

The application is planned for early adopter availability in August 2026. According to a press release from the company, Veeva EHS will allow sites to report safety incidents, manage investigations, and connect with existing Veeva products, including Veeva QMS and Veeva Training. The integration is intended to allow a safety event to automatically trigger a quality deviation and assign retraining, reducing duplicate data entry.

Bobbie Grant, global senior EHS manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, commented on the announcement: "A modern EHS solution that simplifies processes through unified data and a seamless user experience across the entire EHS workflow can significantly improve site efficiency."

Beth Tanner, vice president of Veeva EHS strategy, said the application will "free up time for EHS teams and ensure quick and accurate execution," adding that organizations moving from legacy EHS systems to a unified platform would gain real-time visibility into risk indicators.

Veeva Systems serves more than 1,500 customers in the life sciences industry, ranging from large pharmaceutical companies to emerging biotechs.
