June 25, 2026 6:50 AM

KKR & Co. Inc. (NYSE: KKR) reported monetization activity exceeding $900 million for the period from March 31, 2026 through June 24, 2026, according to a press release. The figure comprises approximately 80% realized performance income and 20% realized investment income.

The quarter-to-date total represents a 66% increase compared to the firm's three-year quarterly average of $542 million from 2023 through 2025. In Q1 2026, KKR recorded $878 million in monetization activity, which was 62% above that same three-year average.

KKR also disclosed that it expects Capital Markets transaction fees for Q2 2026 to be approximately $175 million, noting that certain transactions originally expected to close in late Q2 2026 are now anticipated to close in Q3 2026.

Beginning with its Q2 2026 earnings report, KKR will reclassify realized performance fees from its K-Series Private Equity vehicles into Fee Related Performance Revenues, where they will carry a 15–20% Fee Related Compensation margin. Previously, those fees were reported under Realized Performance Income and carried a 70–80% compensation margin. Performance fees from K-Series Infrastructure vehicles will continue to be reported in Fee Related Performance Revenues.

KKR noted the monetization estimate does not represent total revenues for the full quarter ending June 30, 2026, and does not account for other income sources, expenses, or gains and losses that may occur after June 24, 2026.
