June 25, 2026 5:15 AM

DSC Holdings Ltd. (NASDAQ: DSC), a Beijing-based company that provides software and services to China's used car industry, has priced its initial public offering of 3,000,000 American depositary shares at $17 per ADS, according to a press release.

The offering is expected to raise approximately $51 million, assuming underwriters do not exercise an over-allotment option. Each ADS represents 20 Class A ordinary shares. The ADSs are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol "DSC," with the offering expected to close on June 26, 2026.

The company has granted underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 ADSs at the IPO price, exercisable within 30 days of the final prospectus.

Deutsche Bank AG Hong Kong Branch, China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited, and CR Global Markets are acting as representatives of the underwriters.

DSC claims to hold over 90% market share in operating systems for used car dealers in China since at least 2021, according to data cited from CIC.
