Enerflex extends revolving credit facility to 2029, ups limit
Enerflex Ltd. (TSX: EFX) (NYSE: EFXT) has extended its syndicated secured revolving credit facility by three years to June 30, 2029, according to a press release from the Calgary-based company.
The amended and restated credit agreement, dated June 24, 2026, keeps the facility's availability unchanged at $800 million. The maximum increase available at the company's request, subject to lender consent, has been raised to $200 million from $50 million previously. As of March 31, 2026, Enerflex had drawn $162 million on the facility.
Royal Bank of Canada acted as agent, and all current syndicate members renewed their lending commitments. Enerflex also maintains a separate $70 million unsecured credit facility supported by performance security guarantees from Export Development Canada.
Preet Dhindsa, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, said: "The extension of our revolving credit facility solidifies Enerflex's financial flexibility as we execute our strategy. With a strong balance sheet and ample available liquidity, we remain focused on disciplined capital allocation and delivering long-term value for shareholders."
Enerflex also announced it plans to release second-quarter financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, on August 6, 2026, before market open, followed by a conference call and audio webcast at 8:00 a.m. MT.
