June 24, 2026 4:31 PM

Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC) said it has completed the Federal Reserve's 2026 supervisory stress test and intends to raise its quarterly common stock dividend by 11% to $0.50 per share, up from $0.45 per share.

The dividend increase, which would apply to the third quarter of 2026, is subject to approval by the company's Board of Directors at its regularly scheduled meeting in July.

The Federal Reserve previously announced that this year's stress test results would not affect bank capital requirements. Wells Fargo's stress capital buffer remains at 2.5%.

The company also said it has capacity to continue repurchasing common stock, which will be assessed as part of its internal capital adequacy framework, taking into account market conditions, regulatory capital requirements, and other risk factors.
