NXP Semiconductors names Mike Lucarelli as new investor relations head
NXP Semiconductors N.V. (NASDAQ: NXPI) announced that Jeff Palmer, Senior Vice President of Investor Relations, will retire after 16 years with the company, and that Mike Lucarelli will succeed him in the same role.
Lucarelli will report to Chief Financial Officer Bill Betz. He is set to take over the investor relations role beginning with the third-quarter 2026 earnings cycle. Palmer will remain as an advisor through the fourth-quarter 2026 earnings cycle in early 2027.
Lucarelli most recently served as Global Head of FP&A and Corporate Finance at Uber. Before that, he spent a decade at Analog Devices, where he led investor relations and oversaw its FP&A organization. He also worked for seven years as a sell-side analyst covering the semiconductor sector.
