Enlivex Ltd. (NASDAQ: ENLV) announced that its primary treasury asset, the RAIN token, was listed on the Gate cryptocurrency exchange on June 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM UTC.

Gate, founded in 2013, claims to serve over 54 million users globally and ranks among the top three digital asset exchanges worldwide by trading volume. The exchange holds what it describes as the second-largest 24-hour spot trading volume globally and supports trading for over 4,600 cryptocurrencies.

According to the company's press release, Enlivex held 79,568,550,005 RAIN tokens as of June 21, 2026, with a total value of approximately $1.14 billion based on closing prices sourced from CoinMarketCap, representing a treasury net asset value per share of $4.67.

RAIN functions as the governance and utility token of a decentralized predictions and options protocol built on the Arbitrum network. The protocol allows users to create, trade, and resolve markets tied to real-world events through an on-chain framework.

Enlivex also develops Allocetra™, a clinical-stage immunotherapy targeting inflammatory conditions associated with aging, with a primary focus on age-related osteoarthritis.
