Wayne Tupuola, President and CEO of Laser Photonics Corp (NASDAQ: LASE), informed the company's board of directors and employees on June 16, 2026, that he would be taking a three-month leave of absence for health reasons.

The board appointed Ann Tewari, currently the company's Executive Vice President of Global Operations and Strategy, as Interim President during Tupuola's absence.
