International Business Machines Corporation (NYSE: IBM) extended the maturity of two existing credit agreements on June 22, 2026, totaling $10 billion in combined credit facilities.

The $2.5 billion Three-Year Credit Agreement, originally dated June 22, 2021, was extended by one year to June 20, 2029. The $7.5 billion Five-Year Credit Agreement, also originally dated June 22, 2021, was extended by one year to June 22, 2031.

JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. serves as Administrative Agent for both agreements, with BNP Paribas, Citibank N.A., and Royal Bank of Canada acting as Syndication Agents. All other terms of both credit agreements remain unchanged, according to the filing.
