TEOCO selects Strategy One platform for telecom invoice analytics
TEOCO Corporation has selected Strategy Inc.'s (Nasdaq: MSTR, STRF, STRC, STRK, STRD) cloud-native platform, Strategy One, to add reporting and analytics capabilities to its SmartCOGS BillTrak Analysis Module (BAM), according to a press release.
The BAM module helps communications service providers process wholesale invoices and inventory data. TEOCO says the platform processes over $2 billion in monthly telecom and utility invoices.
The integration is intended to give TEOCO customers access to self-service reporting tools and generative AI capabilities, including natural language querying of data. The change is also aimed at reducing the need for custom report requests.
"Adopting Strategy One's modern, cloud-native AI + BI platform improves performance for our customers, giving them access to powerful, customized analytics," said Faye Henris, Executive Vice President of Business Analytics at TEOCO.
Saurabh Abhyankar, Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer at Strategy, noted the complexity facing TEOCO's customers: "TEOCO's customers are dealing with real complexity with billions in invoices, thousands of circuits, constant rate changes. The value has always been in the data; the barrier has been getting to it fast enough to matter."
TEOCO, based in Fairfax, Va., has provided analytics and cost management solutions to communications service providers since 1995. Strategy Inc. describes itself as an enterprise analytics software provider alongside its bitcoin treasury operations.
