Gorilla Technology Group (NASDAQ: GRRR) announced it has signed a five-year AI compute infrastructure contract expected to generate approximately $2.5 billion in revenue, with deployment planned at the NeutraDC Batam data center in Indonesia.

The contract is with an unnamed investment-grade global technology customer. The first phase, comprising approximately 1,000 B300 GPU servers, is expected to generate approximately $1.3 billion of that total revenue over the five-year period.

Deployment is planned in two tranches, with the initial phase targeted for September 2026 and the second tranche targeted for December 2026. The remaining contracted deployment is expected to be delivered during the first half of 2027.

The company said it has received debt financing offers covering approximately 70% of expected project costs, including GPU, networking, and related infrastructure. Gorilla said it is working with banks and financial institutions to finalize the financing structure.

"This contract materially changes Gorilla's forward revenue profile," said Jay Chandan, Chairman and CEO of Gorilla Technology. The company said it intends to provide an updated financial outlook following completion of its internal planning and review process.

The deployment builds on a previously announced capacity agreement between Gorilla and NeutraDC. According to the press release, the project is part of Gorilla's broader expansion into AI infrastructure markets across South and East Asia, the Middle East, and India.
