Vox Royalty sells Australian gold royalty for A$8 million

June 23, 2026 9:01 AM

Vox Royalty Corp. (NASDAQ: VOXR) has sold a capped 4.5% gold royalty tied to production from the Hera Tenement in New South Wales, Australia, for total cash consideration of A$8,000,000.

The royalty, known as the Federation Royalty, is payable on 46,372 ounces of remaining gravity gold production from the Hera Tenement EL6162. The transaction was completed between Vox's subsidiary, Vox Royalty Australia Pty Ltd., and the owner of the Hera project.

Vox originally acquired the Federation Royalty in February 2026, less than four months before the sale. Spencer Cole, President and Chief Investment Officer of Vox, said the transaction crystallized "a 16x return on invested capital over a holding period of less than four months."

Cole added: "We remain focused on generating superior per share returns for our investors - either through accretive asset acquisitions or opportunistic divestments of non-core assets such as Federation."

The technical and scientific disclosures in the company's statement were reviewed and approved by Timothy J. Strong, FIMMM, of Kangari Consulting LLC, a qualified person under NI 43-101.
