Daniel M. Skovronsky, M.D., Ph.D., a member of the board of directors of Myriad Genetics (NASDAQ: MYGN), resigned from his position effective June 17, 2026.

According to a company statement, Skovronsky's departure was not the result of any disagreement with the company or any matter relating to its operations, policies, or practices.
