ZenaTech, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZENA) has completed its 24th Drone as a Service acquisition with the purchase of Green Earth Powerwashing LLC, a Florida-based franchise system that provides exterior cleaning and property maintenance services.

Founded in 2010 and operating as a franchise since 2020, Green Earth has a corporate-owned location in West Palm Beach and franchisee-operated units across central and south Florida. The company serves local municipal governments, commercial property owners, hospitality operators, and homeowners associations. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The acquisition is ZenaTech's eighth in Florida. Green Earth's services include pressure washing, roof cleaning, building exterior cleaning, and concrete cleaning.

"The acquisition of Green Earth Powerwashing is another strategic addition to our Drone as a Service business, providing an established customer base, trained operators, and adding to our scalable platform through franchise expertise to accelerate the rollout of drone-powered services," said Shaun Passley, Ph.D., CEO of ZenaTech.

According to market research firm Valuates Reports, the global drone cleaning services market was valued at approximately $5.17 billion in 2024 and is projected to reach over $15.2 billion by 2031, representing a compound annual growth rate of nearly 17%.

ZenaTech's Drone as a Service platform offers subscription-based access to drone services covering surveying, inspection, maintenance, power washing, inventory management, and precision agriculture, without clients bearing the cost of drone ownership. The company's acquisition strategy targets established service companies that it says use low-technology processes it considers suitable for drone integration.
