Bitzero reserves 33 hectares in Finland for data center expansion
Bitzero Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: AIBZ) announced it has secured a six-month reservation of approximately 33 hectares of industrial land in Finland, adding to its Nordic development portfolio.
The site's initial phase is expected to support up to 60 megawatts of capacity, according to the company. A 110kV transmission line runs through the property, which the company says is fed by renewable energy sources. During the reservation period, Bitzero plans to advance engineering work, electrical connections, and identify long-lead infrastructure items. Terms of any definitive acquisition or lease agreement will be disclosed separately once finalized.
"Securing this reservation in Finland is another practical step in the continued expansion of our power pipeline," said Mohammed Bakhashwain, founder and CEO of Bitzero. "While this is an early-stage milestone, it reflects our disciplined approach to land development."
Separately, Bitzero announced it has engaged Think Ink Marketing Data and Email Services Inc. to provide investor relations and digital marketing services as part of a two-week investor awareness campaign planned for June and July 2026. Think Ink will receive $246,500 in cash compensation for services including digital marketing, social media, email distribution, and related promotional activities. No company securities will be issued in connection with the engagement. Think Ink is described as an arm's-length party to Bitzero.
