Firefly Neuroscience (NASDAQ: AIFF) announced that Gil Issachar, formerly the company's Chief Technology Officer, has transitioned to a new role as Head of AI and Neuroscience, effective June 18, 2026.

The change was formalized through an employment agreement between Issachar and Deel Innovation Ltd., a consulting firm that provides services to the company. The new agreement supersedes any prior employment terms between Issachar and the company.

The company's board of directors determined that, following the role change, Issachar no longer qualifies as a Section 16 officer or executive officer of the company.
