Arvinas, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARVN) announced that Noah Berkowitz, M.D., Ph.D., the company's chief medical officer, will depart from his role effective July 3, 2026.

According to a press release statement, the company and Dr. Berkowitz agreed on June 22, 2026, that he would leave to pursue other opportunities. Dr. Berkowitz is expected to remain in his position through his departure date.

Arvinas has begun a search for a new chief medical officer to replace Dr. Berkowitz.
