Robinhood Markets (HOOD) PT Raised to $130 at Cantor Fitzgerald
Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Ramsey El-Assal raised the price target on Robinhood Markets (NASDAQ: HOOD) to $130.00 (from $110.00) while maintaining a Overweight rating.
The analyst commented: "We continue to view HOOD as one of the most compelling long-term opportunities in our coverage universe. In addition to strong June MTD metrics, we see several underappreciated growth drivers ahead, including: 1) the recent launch of Rothera, which should enable HOOD to better monetize prediction market volumes, in our view (see Rothera: We Predict Upside, 6/9/26); 2) the World Cup as a strong driver of prediction market growth; 3) the rollout of Trump Accounts; 4) the removal of Pattern Day Trader (PDT) restrictions; and 5) a potentially stronger IPO pipeline. On the latter, we believe a healthier issuance environment should drive higher retail engagement, stronger trading activity, and incremental customer acquisition. Guidance/Price Target Increase. As a reminder, the company guided adjusted OpEx and SBC to land between $2,700M-$2,825M, representing ~22% y/y growth at the mid-point. We estimate that the ~22% growth is disaggregated into new/recently launched product investments (~14%), TradePMR and Bitstamp acquisition costs (~3%), and core expense growth (~5%). We maintain our Overweight rating and raise our price target to $130 (vs. $110 prior), based on 30x our FY27 adj. EBITDA estimate of $3,705M (vs. 27x our FY27 adj. EBITDA estimate of $3,421M prior) + DCF analysis."
