CIMG Inc. (Nasdaq: IMG) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhongyan Shangyue Technology Co., Ltd. has entered into a framework contract worth up to approximately $442 million with Zhongshishun Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. for the construction and operation of a computing power center in Beijing, China.

Under the two-year contract, Zhongyan Shangyue will serve as the general contracting service provider, responsible for equipment supplies, computer room construction, system deployment and commissioning, and post-operation maintenance services.

Hardware for the project is expected to include Nvidia H100 and H200 series GPU servers, Inspur high-performance servers, high-end core switches, and high-speed network devices. Zhongyan Shangyue also plans to provide basic software deployment and commissioning services.

The company noted that the framework contract establishes a general cooperation framework, with implementation details — including scope, timing, equipment procurement, delivery, and payment — subject to further arrangements, purchase orders, work orders, and definitive agreements. CIMG stated there is no assurance the project will be implemented in whole or in part, or that the full contract value will be realized.

Alice Wang, Chairman and CEO of CIMG, said the contract "will not only generate steady and sustainable revenue for and increase profitability of the Company, but also further diversify our lines of business."
