LendingClub rebrands as Happen Bank, trades on Nasdaq as HAPN

Happen, Inc. (Nasdaq: HAPN), formerly known as LendingClub Corporation, announced June 22, 2026, the official launch of the Happen Bank brand, with its common stock now trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol "HAPN."

The company said existing accounts, products, login credentials, routing information, and services remain unaffected by the name and identity change. Happen Bank continues to operate as an FDIC-insured digital bank serving more than five million members.

Scott Sanborn, CEO of Happen Bank, said in a statement: "Becoming Happen Bank and now trading on Nasdaq reflects how far we've come in building a modern digital bank designed around people's real financial needs."

The bank's product offerings include unsecured personal loans, high-yield savings accounts, and checking accounts. Members who hold a personal loan and make on-time payments from a LevelUp Checking account can earn 2% of their monthly payment in cash back. Members who contribute at least $250 per month to a LevelUp Savings account can earn more than 10 times the national average annual percentage yield, according to the company, which cited FDIC data as of May 18, 2026, for the national average figure.

The company is scheduled to ring the Nasdaq Opening Bell on June 30, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. ET at the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square, New York City.
