Ondas Inc. (NASDAQ: ONDS) announced it has secured more than $40 million in new orders during June 2026 for autonomous defense systems, including Counter-UAS solutions, Loitering Munition Systems, ground systems and related defense services from governmental and defense customers across multiple international markets.

Combined with previously announced awards, the company said its second-quarter-to-date order activity has surpassed $150 million. The June orders follow more than $30 million in orders secured during May across air defense, Counter-UAS, autonomous ISR, robotic systems and precision engagement technologies.

A component of the announcement involves Rotron Aerospace Ltd., a wholly owned UK-based subsidiary of Ondas. Rotron completed a flight trial of its SkyLance system under the UK Ministry of Defence's Project Brakestop, a Taskforce Kindred-funded program focused on long-range strike capability. SkyLance is described as a one-way-effect system designed to combine operational range with precision engagement. The company said the trial validated core technologies supporting the platform.

"June new orders demonstrate the increasing demand for autonomous defense technologies capable of addressing the realities of modern warfare," said Eric Brock, Chairman and CEO of Ondas.

Oshri Lugassy, Co-CEO of Ondas Autonomous Systems, said the market is moving toward integrated autonomous architectures. "Rotron's SkyLance system adds important sovereign UK long-range strike technology to Ondas' platform," Lugassy said.

According to the press release, SkyLance is designed, developed and manufactured in the United Kingdom. Ondas said the orders reflect demand from European and U.S. allied defense customers for both defensive and offensive autonomous capabilities.
