NeoVolta Inc. (NASDAQ: NEOV) said it has received a Foreign Entity of Concern (FEOC) compliance opinion from a nationally recognized law firm confirming that its battery manufacturing facility in Pendergrass, Georgia is structured to meet applicable FEOC eligibility requirements.

According to a press release, the compliance opinion supports the facility's potential eligibility for IRS advanced manufacturing and investment tax credits, including potential domestic content bonus treatment.

The company also said Site Acceptance Testing at the Georgia facility is targeted for completion by the end of August 2026, with production ramp on track to begin in the third quarter of calendar year 2026.

"This opinion formally validates that our Pendergrass facility meets the compliance standard the utility-scale market demands and removes a key diligence hurdle for customers currently evaluating NeoVolta Power for initial procurement opportunities," said Ardes Johnson, Chief Executive Officer of NeoVolta.

NeoVolta is based in San Diego and provides energy storage solutions for residential, commercial, and utility applications.
