Bitmine reports 5.67 million ETH holdings, total assets of $10.7B

Bitmine Immersion Technologies (NYSE: BMNR) reported holdings of 5,672,956 Ethereum tokens as of June 21, 2026, representing approximately 4.7% of the total ETH supply of 120.7 million tokens, according to a company press release.

At a price of $1,733 per ETH, the company's Ethereum holdings are valued at roughly $9.8 billion. Combined with total cash and marketable securities of $601 million, a $180 million stake in Beast Industries, a $104 million stake in Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS), and 205 Bitcoin, the company reported total holdings of $10.7 billion.

Of the 5.67 million ETH held, 4,718,677 tokens are staked, valued at $8.2 billion. The company said its staking operations generated a 7-day annualized yield of 2.73%, with projected annualized staking revenues of $223 million. At full capacity through its MAVAN (Made in America Validator Network) platform and staking partners, projected annualized staking rewards would reach $268 million, the company stated.

On June 10, Bitmine closed an offering of 3,500,000 shares of 9.50% Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock at $80.00 per share, generating net proceeds of approximately $273.8 million. The Series A Preferred Stock trades on the NYSE under the symbol BMNP, with weekly dividends of $0.1847 per share scheduled through August 2026.

The company also reported an average daily trading volume of $717 million over a four-day period ending June 18, 2026, ranking 219th among 5,704 U.S.-listed stocks, according to data cited from Fundstrat.

Bitmine was named to the Fortune 100 Crypto List on June 11, 2026, a ranking compiled using data analysis by Inca Digital and a survey of crypto industry experts, according to Fortune.

"Over the past week, we acquired 52,203 ETH. We continue to maintain a steady pace of accumulation throughout 2026," said Thomas Lee, Chairman of Bitmine.
