ITG targets $2.67 billion valuation in U.S. IPO
Investing.com -- Digital infrastructure company ITG plans to raise up to $429.3 million through its initial public offering on the Nasdaq, the Hendersonville, Tennessee-based firm said Monday.
The company will offer 19.5 million Class A common shares at a price range of $19 to $22 per share. The pricing would give ITG a maximum valuation of $2.67 billion.
ITG and a selling stockholder will grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2.2 million and 758,194 additional shares respectively.
The company provides outsourced services to broadband operators, fiber providers, wireless carriers, data center operators and utilities. ITG supports the construction and maintenance of broadband networks across 49 states.
Investment firm Oaktree Capital Management acquired ITG in 2021 alongside the company's management. Under Oaktree's ownership, ITG completed 12 acquisitions.
ITG's customer base shows heavy concentration, with Comcast and Charter Communications representing 60% of revenue in 2025.
The company reported a $2.9 billion backlog at the end of 2025, with $1.3 billion expected to be completed within the next fiscal year.
Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, UBS Investment Bank and Stifel serve as joint bookrunners. BofA Securities, Baird, Santander, KeyBanc Capital Markets and Truist Securities also act as joint bookrunners. Houlihan Lokey, BTIG, Capital One Securities and Regions Securities LLC serve as co-managers.
The shares will trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "ITG".
