Veea names new COO and CMO in executive leadership shake-up
Veea Inc. (NASDAQ: VEEA) announced three executive leadership appointments on June 22, 2026, as the New York-based edge infrastructure company looks to expand its commercial operations.
Greg Deisher has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mark Tubinis, who has served as Chief Commercial Officer since 2020, was promoted to Executive Vice President. Thomas Latiolais was appointed Chief Marketing Officer.
Deisher brings more than 20 years of financial and operational experience, including prior roles as CFO of cybersecurity firm Wallarm Inc. and CFO of edge datacenter company Vapor IO. He also held a senior finance position at Rackspace and began his career at PwC. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Tubinis has led commercial functions at Veea for six years. Before joining the company, he held senior roles at SeaChange International, served as SVP of Engineering at SAVANT, and was VP of packet core and IMS at Alcatel-Lucent. He holds an MSEE in Computer Engineering and Communications from MIT and a BSEE from Boston University.
Latiolais, who joined Veea 18 months ago, previously held engineering, product, and strategy roles at Vapor IO. In his new role as CMO, he will oversee global marketing strategy, product marketing, and corporate positioning.
