Rayonier Advanced Materials names Daniel Krawczyk as CEO

June 22, 2026 7:31 AM

Rayonier Advanced Materials (NYSE: RYAM) has appointed Daniel M. Krawczyk as Chief Executive Officer and President, effective immediately. Krawczyk will also join the company's board of directors, according to a press release.

Krawczyk most recently served as President of Huber Engineered Materials, a unit of J.M. Huber Corporation, where he oversaw a $1.3 billion global industrial and specialty chemicals portfolio. During his tenure, he executed more than $2 billion in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. He has also held senior roles at Gibson Guitar Corporation, Belden, DTE Energy, Delphi Automotive, and Ford Motor Company. He holds an MBA and degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan.

RYAM's board is continuing a review of strategic alternatives with Morgan Stanley as its adviser. The board stated that no conclusions have been reached and that the CEO appointment should not be interpreted as signaling any particular outcome of the review.

Prior to Krawczyk's appointment, the board had established an interim Office of the Chief Executive Officer comprising CFO Marcus J. Moeltner, Michael Osborne, Christian Ribeyrolle, and R. Colby Slaughter. That office has been disbanded, and its members will continue in their existing roles.

RYAM reported $1.5 billion in revenue in 2025 and operates manufacturing facilities in the United States, Canada, and France.
