CTT Pharmaceutical Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: CTTH) has signed a letter of intent with an unnamed U.S.-based testing company to conduct clinical trials and testing for several potential nicotine products, according to a press release dated June 22, 2026.

The Tampa, Florida-based company said a finalized partnership would enable it to bring products to market in the United States using its patented technology. No financial terms of the agreement were disclosed, and the name of the testing company was not revealed.

CTT Pharma said it will provide shareholders with additional details as they become available.
