Pixelworks, Inc. (NASDAQ: PXLW) announced a partnership with Kinepolis Group to show TrueCut Motion-enhanced films on Kinepolis' Laser Ultra premium large format screens across Europe and North America, according to a company press release dated June 22, 2026.

Under the agreement, TrueCut Motion-processed versions of newly released theatrical titles will be exhibited on Kinepolis' premium screens. TrueCut Motion is a Pixelworks video platform that enables shot-by-shot motion grading, allowing filmmakers to adjust judder, motion blur, and frame rates during post-production.

Kinepolis Group currently operates 122 cinemas worldwide, including 63 in Europe and 59 in North America under the Landmark Cinemas, MJR Theatres, and Emagine brands, with a total of 1,314 screens and more than 220,000 seats.

Pixelworks describes TrueCut Motion as delivering consistent creative choices "across every screen and optimized on any viewing device," spanning theaters, televisions, mobile devices, and next-generation headsets in both 3D and 2D environments.
