NewGen raises K25.ai stake to 10% with $10M Pre-A round closed
NewGenIVF Group Limited (Nasdaq: NIVF) announced a further $4 million investment in K25.ai, completing the startup's $10 million Pre-A funding round at a $100 million valuation and bringing NewGen's total ownership stake to an expected 10%.
The latest investment follows an initial $2 million commitment announced in May 2026 and a subsequent $4 million investment announced on June 4, 2026. With the Pre-A round now closed, K25.ai has begun raising a Series A round, which the company said is intended to fund product launch, regulatory licensing in selected Asian markets, and regional expansion.
K25.ai describes itself as an AI-native livestreaming and prediction market platform built for the Asia-Pacific region. The company has not yet launched its product and is pursuing applicable regulatory licensing in selected markets.
In addition to its equity stake, NewGen holds exclusive Asia-Pacific agency rights with K25.ai, which the company said creates a commercial pathway for regional partnerships and distribution in permitted markets.
Alfred Siu, Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of NewGen, said the investment "represents a compelling strategic milestone for NewGen" and that the company believes K25.ai is building a platform "at the intersection of AI, livestreaming and information markets."
Andy Cheung, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of K25.ai, said the Series A is being raised "at a meaningful step-up valuation" and is designed to accelerate product launch and deepen the company's partner ecosystem.
NewGen said it will file a Form 6-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission containing further details about the transaction.
