Sagtec Global projects 35% revenue growth in FY2026

Sagtec Global Limited (NASDAQ: SAGT), a Malaysia-based enterprise software and technology company, issued its FY2026 financial outlook, projecting revenue of approximately $25.8 million, up 35% from $19.1 million in FY2025, according to a press release.

The company also guided for gross profit of $6.7 million, representing 55% growth year-over-year, and net profit of approximately $2.2 million, a 22% increase from $1.8 million in FY2025. EBITDA is projected at $4.6 million, up 38%.

Sagtec said it has approximately $3.0 million in secured projects not yet recognized as revenue, a portion of which relates to the Stateight housing development project. Under that engagement, the company is serving as AI technology solutions provider and software developer, deploying smart home solutions across 84 residential units. Management expects a substantial portion of this revenue to be recognized in the fourth quarter of FY2026.

The company also plans to open four additional Malaya Heritage consumer retail outlets during the third and fourth quarters of FY2026 as part of a diversification strategy beyond its core technology operations.

Chief Executive Officer and Founder Ng Chen Lok has entered into a Definitive Private Subscription Agreement to purchase 1,500,000 Class A Ordinary Shares at market price, subject to applicable approvals and customary closing conditions.

"We are pleased to enter FY2026 with strong momentum across our business," said Ng Chen Lok. "Our outlook is supported by a growing pipeline of technology projects, the planned expansion of Malaya Heritage, and approximately US$3.0 million of secured projects expected to be recognized during the fiscal year."

Sagtec, headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, completed its IPO in March 2025 and operates across Malaysia and the Middle East.
