Kraft Heinz to reorganize into three regions effective July 2026
Kraft Heinz (Nasdaq: KHC) announced changes to its global operating structure, reorganizing into three regions effective July 1, 2026: North America, Europe and Pacific Developed Markets, and Emerging Markets.
Under the new structure, the company will consolidate its Asia Emerging Markets and West and East Emerging Markets units into a single Emerging Markets region, to be led by Marcel Regis as Regional President. Willem Brandt will continue as Regional President for Europe and Pacific Developed Markets, a region that will absorb European countries previously included in the West and East Emerging Markets unit. Nico Amaya will continue leading North America, which covers the U.S. and Canada.
Kraft Heinz also said it will merge its Procurement and Supply Chain functions into one central unit under Janelle Aydin, who will serve as Global Chief Procurement and Supply Chain Officer.
As a result of the reorganization, Cory Onell, Chief Omnichannel Sales and Asia Emerging Markets Officer, and Flavio Torres, Global Chief Supply Chain Officer, will leave their roles. Both will remain with the company as advisors during a transition period.
"This new structure positions Kraft Heinz to unlock the full potential of our portfolio and drive sustainable, volume-led growth across our global business," said CEO Steve Cahillane in a statement.
Kraft Heinz reported approximately $25 billion in net sales in 2025.
