Wayfair plans new Princeton, NJ store for 2027 opening
Wayfair Inc. (NYSE: W) announced plans to open a large-format retail store in Princeton, New Jersey, expected to launch in 2027, according to a company press release.
The store will occupy approximately 135,000 square feet at Nassau Park Pavilion, a 760,000-square-foot retail center along the Route 1 corridor owned and managed by Bridge33 Capital. The location is intended to serve customers in central New Jersey as well as nearby parts of New York and Pennsylvania.
The store will carry furniture, décor, housewares, and appliances, with select items available for same-day take-home. Larger items can be delivered through Wayfair's logistics network, and free design services will be offered.

The Princeton location adds to Wayfair's existing physical stores in Wilmette, IL, Atlanta, GA, and Columbus, OH. The company also has announced upcoming store openings in Denver, CO; Westchester, NY; Fort Lauderdale, FL; and Cincinnati, OH.
