Campbell's names new transformation and communications chiefs

The Campbell's Company (NASDAQ: CPB) announced leadership changes in two senior roles, with two long-tenured executives set to retire at the end of the company's fiscal year.

Dan Poland, Executive Vice President and Chief Enterprise Transformation Officer, and Anthony Sanzio, Executive Vice President and Chief Communications Officer, will both retire at that time.

Melissa Nippert will succeed Poland as Senior Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer. Nippert joined Campbell's in 2022 to lead Supply Chain Transformation and later expanded her responsibilities to include Enterprise Excellence and Transformation. She will report to President and Chief Executive Officer Mick Beekhuizen.

Beth Jolly will succeed Sanzio as Senior Vice President and Chief Communications Officer. Jolly has spent 23 years at Campbell's, most recently leading communications for the company's business divisions and Growth Office. In her new role, she will oversee internal and external communications as well as The Campbell's Foundation and community affairs. She will report to Diane Johnson May, Executive Vice President and Chief People and Culture Officer.

Poland joined Campbell's in 2022 as Chief Supply Chain Officer and expanded into enterprise transformation in 2024. Sanzio spent nearly 20 years at the company, including more than a decade leading its communications function.
