CrowdStrike expands AI security tools and free trials on AWS

June 17, 2026 12:20 PM

CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD) announced new integrations with Amazon Web Services at the AWS Summit New York, extending its Falcon platform's AI detection capabilities and broadening access through AWS Marketplace free trials.

The company is expanding its Falcon AI Detection and Response (AIDR) product to cover AI applications built on AWS technologies, including Amazon Bedrock, Kiro, and Strands Agents. Falcon AIDR provides real-time security evaluation of agent, large language model, and Model Context Protocol communications, targeting threats such as prompt injection, sensitive data leakage, and malicious AI activity.

CrowdStrike is also adding a Falcon MCP integration for Kiro, which allows developers to access CrowdStrike intelligence and security data within coding workflows during agentic application development.

On the marketplace side, CrowdStrike is introducing 30-day free trials on AWS Marketplace for three Falcon products: Next-Gen SIEM, Cloud Security, and Endpoint Security, all on a pay-as-you-go basis. New Quick Start connectors for Amazon CloudWatch and Amazon S3 access logs are also being added to streamline data ingestion across multi-account and multi-region AWS deployments.

CrowdStrike is introducing AWS PrivateLink cross-region support, enabling organizations to route Falcon platform traffic across the AWS backbone, which the company says reduces internet exposure and data transfer costs.

"Organizations are rapidly moving AI applications from experimentation into production," said Daniel Bernard, chief business officer at CrowdStrike. "Together, CrowdStrike is helping customers securely build, deploy, and operate AI-powered applications on AWS, with protection that spans development, runtime, identities, and cloud infrastructure."

The announcements build on CrowdStrike's existing AWS integrations, which include AWS Security Hub, Amazon GuardDuty, and AWS CloudTrail, according to a press release from the company.
