Wyndham and Barclays refresh credit card lineup with new premier tier
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: WH) and Barclays have relaunched their co-branded credit card portfolio, expanding the lineup from three to four products and introducing the Wyndham Rewards Earner® Premier Card, according to a press release dated June 17, 2026.
The new Premier Card carries a $395 annual fee and includes complimentary Wyndham Rewards Insider membership, valued at $95 per year. It is the first card in the portfolio to offer non-expiring points. Cardholders earn 8X points on Hotels by Wyndham stays and 4X points on dining, grocery and travel purchases. The card also provides over $400 in annual statement credits, covering meal delivery, streaming, warehouse membership and a $100 Wyndham hotel credit, along with a 25% discount on free night redemptions and 30,000 anniversary bonus points.
The refreshed suite also includes the Earner® Business Card ($149 annual fee), the Earner® Plus Card ($95 annual fee) and the no-annual-fee Earner® Card. All four cards offer earning of up to 8X points on hotel stays and include discounted free night redemptions.
Scott Strickland, Chief Commercial Officer of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, said the updated cards are designed to provide "a clearer, more rewarding path from routine spending to real travel value." Doug Villone, Head of US Cards and Partnerships at Barclays US Consumer Bank, described the cards as built for "consistent, measurable value, month-in and month-out."
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts operates approximately 8,400 hotels across roughly 100 countries and reported over 124 million enrolled Wyndham Rewards members.
