SAVERIONE signs pilot deal with RBtec to test RF tech in security

June 16, 2026 8:50 AM

SaverOne 2014 Ltd. (NASDAQ: SVRE, TASE: SVRE) has signed a pilot cooperation agreement with RBtec Perimeter Security Systems to integrate SaverOne's radio frequency sensing technology with RBtec's perimeter intrusion detection systems, according to a company statement.

Under the agreement, SaverOne will adapt its RF sensor for integration with RBtec's system and provide technical support, while RBtec will manage the relationship with the end-customer. The pilot is expected to run for six months, after which the parties intend to discuss the terms of a potential commercial agreement, subject to the pilot's results.

The agreement follows a proof of concept of SaverOne's system for a security-related application. SaverOne's RF sensing technology detects, locates, and analyzes cellphone signals in conditions where conventional optical systems are less effective.

Pazit Ribak-Barnoy, CEO of RBtec, said SaverOne's RF sensing capabilities "represent a complementary technology with strong potential to add a new layer of detection and intelligence to our perimeter security systems."

Ori Gilboa, CEO of SaverOne, described the pilot as "an important milestone in executing our strategy to expand our addressable markets and leverage SaverOne's RF sensing technology into the security market."

SaverOne noted the agreement is part of its broader strategic expansion into defense and security markets, a direction also reflected in its previously announced transaction with VisionWave Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: VWAV).

RBtec, founded in 1986 and headquartered in the United States, operates in over 54 countries and serves commercial, industrial, and homeland security customers.
