Scilex Holding Company (NASDAQ: SCLX) announced that Dream Bowl I Meme Coin tokens, referred to as Dream Bowl Tokens, are expected to list on Biconomy Exchange as early as June 23, 2026.

According to a press release, stockholders and certain other eligible equityholders of Scilex as of the record date of April 30, 2026 became entitled to receive five Dream Bowl Tokens for each share of Scilex common stock held, or for each share of common stock issuable upon exercise or conversion of eligible securities. The distribution payment date began on May 26, 2026, subject to holders satisfying certain previously disclosed conditions.

Scilex stated it believes the listing may provide liquidity and allow broad distribution of the tokens to eligible holders. Biconomy Exchange, the platform selected for the listing, serves more than 10 million users and institutions across more than 180 countries. The exchange reports average daily trading volume of approximately $2.0 billion and states that 98% of assets are held in cold storage.

Scilex is a Palo Alto, California-based company focused on non-opioid pain management products. Its commercial products include ZTlido, ELYXYB, and Gloperba.
