Bitzero completed its first week of trading on Nasdaq
Bitzero Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: AIBZ) completed its first week of trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market, according to a press release issued June 15, 2026.
The company, which develops data center infrastructure in North America and the Nordic region, reported it has signed a binding letter agreement with OneQode Networks Pte. Ltd. for a 15-year lease of the full 110 MW capacity at its Namsskogan, Norway site. The agreement is valued at approximately $2.6 billion in total revenue over the lease term, excluding annual escalation adjustments, power costs, and phased deployment timing. Bitzero estimates an approximately 85% net operating income margin at full capacity, implying roughly $151 million in annual net operating income. A definitive lease agreement has not yet been executed and remains subject to due diligence, technical specifications, and credit support arrangements.
At the Norway site, construction is underway on foundations for two 60 MW transformers scheduled for delivery in September. The regional grid operator is also expanding its substation to accommodate new Siemens GIS switchgear.
In April 2026, Bitzero completed an engineering due diligence report for its Kokemäki, Finland campus, developed with Red Engineering Design Ltd. The report supports pre-design work for up to 520 MW, with an initial phase of up to 80 MW targeted for service delivery in 2027. The site has a longer-term planned capacity of between 600 MW and 1,000 MW.
Bitzero states its total planned data center capacity across its portfolio exceeds 1 GW. The company's Nordic assets are described as powered by renewable energy sources.
"Our strategy is simple: build where clean energy is produced," said Mohammed Bakhashwain, Founder and CEO of Bitzero.
