Xcel Brands Inc. (NASDAQ: XELB) announced a licensing agreement with EcoStrong for the Trust. Respect. Love by Cesar Millan brand, covering cleaning products, odor management solutions, shampoos and conditioners.

The partnership will launch a collection of pet care and home cleaning products based on dog behaviorist Cesar Millan's philosophy. The product line includes environmentally safe cleaning, grooming and odor control solutions for pet owners.
