3 E Network partners with Aladdin Alaris AI for healthcare robotics
3 E Network Technology Group Limited (NASDAQ: MASK) announced that its Hong Kong subsidiary entered into a strategic framework agreement with California-based Aladdin Alaris AI Inc. on May 18. The partnership aims to co-develop service robots for smart healthcare and eldercare sectors while exploring joint market expansion in the United States.
Under the agreement, 3 E Network plans to develop core Edge AI System-on-Chip technology and real-time control algorithms for eldercare robots. The company will focus on creating semiconductor solutions designed for low-latency processing of multi-modal sensor data and local AI inference tasks.
Aladdin Alaris AI will lead robotic hardware architecture design, mechatronic integration, and manufacturing delivery. The California-based company also plans to develop upper-level control systems and AI decision-making applications for integration into its healthcare cloud platform.
The collaboration extends beyond traditional supply chain arrangements to pursue what the companies describe as "Hardware-Software Co-design" joint innovation. Both parties aim to address existing challenges in medical robots regarding data processing and sensor fusion.
The framework establishes preliminary principles for intellectual property protection and sharing. While each company retains ownership of pre-existing intellectual property, they plan to explore sharing mechanisms for jointly developed technology based on respective technical contributions in future definitive agreements.
"Entering this strategic framework agreement with Aladdin Alaris AI marks a pivotal step for 3 E Network as we seek to extend our underlying semiconductor technologies into high-value, AI-driven application scenarios," stated Dr. Tingjun Yang, Chief Executive Officer of 3 E Network.
The companies will work toward executing formal definitive agreements while advancing technical adaptations for specific cooperative projects. The partnership represents 3 E Network's expansion from its current business as a B2B IT solutions provider into AI-driven healthcare applications.
