WisdomTree reaches record assets after Atlantic House acquisition
WisdomTree Inc. (NYSE: WT) reported assets under management of $168.1 billion as of May 31, 2026, reaching an all-time high following the completion of its Atlantic House acquisition on May 1.
The financial services company generated $2.2 billion in net inflows during May and $9.3 billion year-to-date, representing a 16% annualized organic growth rate. The Atlantic House acquisition contributed over $4 billion in assets at a blended 55 basis point fee rate.
WisdomTree's UCITS ETF business showed significant momentum with assets up 44% year-to-date, driven by $3.9 billion in net inflows representing a 77% annualized organic growth rate. The company's blended total average fee rate was 36 basis points for both the quarter and year-to-date periods.
International developed market equity products led inflows with $4.6 billion year-to-date, followed by commodity and currency products at $2.3 billion. The company experienced outflows in emerging market equity products of $272 million year-to-date.
The reported figures exclude approximately $2 billion in assets under management related to private assets managed by Ceres Partners, LLC, which WisdomTree reports with its quarterly earnings results.
WisdomTree's total assets under management began the year at $142.6 billion and reached the current level through a combination of net inflows, market appreciation of $12.1 billion, and the acquired assets from Atlantic House.
