INNEOVA receives Nasdaq extension to meet minimum price requirement
INNEOVA Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: INEO) received an additional 180-day extension from Nasdaq to regain compliance with the exchange's minimum bid price requirement of $1 per share, according to a company statement.
The Singapore-based automotive and industrial parts provider initially received a deficiency notice from Nasdaq on December 8, 2025, after its closing bid price fell below the required threshold during the period from October 24, 2025 to December 5, 2025. The company announced June 10, 2026 that Nasdaq granted the extension through December 7, 2026.
The company's shares will continue trading uninterrupted under the symbol "INEO" during the extension period. INNEOVA stated it is evaluating options to regain compliance and intends to meet the listing requirement within the 180-day timeframe.
The company acknowledged that despite efforts to achieve compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), there is no assurance it will successfully regain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement or maintain compliance with other Nasdaq listing standards.
INNEOVA provides original equipment manufacturer parts, third-party branded components, and in-house branded replacement parts for motor vehicles and non-vehicle combustion engines. The company also offers system lifecycle analysis and engineering services for infrastructure and mobility platforms through its three divisions: automotive, industrial, and engineering.
